Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide services, linkages and support to people with disabilities, to enable them to participate meaningfully in economic and social linkages within the Australian society.
Vision
To provide quality services to NDIS participants with a significant and permanent disability, using the person centered approach. We will assist our clients to have choice and control and to undertake meaningful interactions that support and improve their social and economic engagement.
How we work
We work alongside our clients, developing open relationships, aligning our operations with their financial and clinical needs, and transferring our skills and knowledge. This means that we can support internal change programmes and initiatives, giving clients the flexibility, control and feedback that are at the core of successful and sustainable transformation

Disability Standards
Impart Ability Services operates within the national disability standards to ensure that care of participants is offered in a respectful and non-discriminative manner.
Standard 1: Rights
The service promotes individual rights to freedom of expression, self-determination and decision-making and actively prevents abuse, harm, neglect and violence.
Standard 2: Participation And Inclusion
The service works with individuals and families, friends and careers to promote opportunities for meaningful participation and active inclusion in society.
Standards 3: Individual Outcomes
Impact Ability services and supports are assessed, planned, delivered and reviewed to build on participants strengths and enable our participants to reach their goals.
